Christmas Crack

Line a jelly roll pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.
Layer with saltine crackers.

Preheat oven to 375*

Combine butter, brown sugar and vanilla in a small sauce pan.  Over medium heat (be carefully not to scorch) use whisk and stir occasionally, simmer until thickened about 5-6 minutes.

Pour over saltines and bake about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with chocolate chips and spread with a spatula.  Then sprinkle with crushed up score bars.   Let cool.  You can keep it covered with foil on the cookie pan or use a spatula to break it up and store it in an air tight container.  Be prepared to be called dirty names, as this is addictive and people wont be able to stop eating it.

about 35 saltine crackers (depending on the size of your pan)
2 sticks butter
1 cup  brown sugar
1 teaspoon  vanilla
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
2-3 king size score bars (crushed up)
